Most counties in Iowa will be reporting their results to a single website hosted by the Iowa Secretary of State so that voters may see the combined results for all races and measures. The link to that site will be posted on the home page of the Marshall County website: https://elections.marshallcountyia.gov. Results are not final until the final canvass is conducted, which may be one to two weeks after the election, depending on the jurisdiction
